The WellCome Om Integral Healing & Education Center Movement Studio offers many classes to help you achieve overall well being and health. If you are ready to lose weight, balance your mind and body, feel great, or get fit, we have a class for you.
Our dance classes include ballroom dancing for beginners, Latin dancing, cardio dancing to help sculpt your body while burning fat, and tribal belly dancing for a low impact form of exercise that develops core strength and builds overall physical stamina.
Our yoga classes are many and designed for all fitness levels and ages. They include body sculpting yoga, chair yoga, Hatha Vinyasa Power Flow, yin yoga, and restorative yoga, among others. Come join us for a sunset yoga class that includes a sound therapy savasana or guided meditation each week. We also have an intro to pilates class, which combines pilates and yoga. Our Easy Strengthening & Relaxation classes are designed for all levels of students.
At WellCome Om you can also take guided meditation classes to bring balance to your body and align your heart and mind.
Are you interested in the ancient Chinese exercise of Qi gong (chee gong)? Our Qi gong classes incorporate breath, meditation, and slow, gentle movements designed to revitalize one’s mind, body, and spirit.
