OM Movement Studio Classes
The WellCome Om Integral Healing & Education Center Movement Studio offers many movement exercise classes to help you achieve overall well being and health. If you are ready to lose weight, balance your mind and body, feel great, or get fit, we have a class for you.
Our yoga classes are many and designed for fitness levels and bodies. Join us for a relaxing restorative yoga class that includes soothing lights, sounds, and a guided meditation or a more energetic class that gets your heart rate up, like Iron Yoga with light weights. We also offer an intro to pilates class, which combines core strengthening exercises and yoga.
At WellCome OM, there is something for everyone.
